These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trendbot platform, websites, mobile/desktop applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Trendbot (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a technology service provider only. We are not a broker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or exchange.

2.3 All trades are executed solely through your own broker account with SEBI‑registered brokers you choose and authorize. Your broker is responsible for order execution, margining, contract notes, and regulatory reporting.

4.1 The Platform operates on subscriptions and internal usage credits (“Coins”). Examples (for illustration; your actual pricing will control):
4.2 A trade or strategy execution may consume a certain number of Coins. When your Coins are exhausted or expired, the Platform may stop initiating new trades, and/or restrict access to certain features until you renew or top up.
4.3 We only charge subscription and/or Coin fees. We do not charge brokerage, exchange fees, statutory charges, or taxes. We do not receive any part of your trading profits or principal.
4.4 All monetary transactions for brokerage, margins, and statutory charges occur directly between you and your broker. We have no access to or control over such flows.
5.1 Trading in securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves a high degree of risk, including the risk of loss of capital. Algorithmic and automated trading can amplify both profits and losses.

5.3 All strategies, indicators, and bots on the Platform are tools, not recommendations. Any use of them is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
6.1 The Platform and any content (including signals, strategies, templates, backtests, articles, or examples) are provided for general information and educational purposes only.
6.2 Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, tax or legal advice, or portfolio management or research analysis.
6.3 We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA), Research Analyst (RA), or Portfolio Manager (PM). If you require investment advice, you should consult a SEBI‑registered professional.
7.1 You link your broker account(s) to the Platform using APIs, OAuth, or similar mechanisms. When you do so, you authorize us to read account data and place, modify, and cancel orders on your behalf, strictly as per your chosen strategies and settings.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays, rejections, partial fills, or failures in order execution caused by your broker, exchange, or connectivity issues, or for changes to broker APIs, margins, or regulatory rules.
7.3 Your relationship with each broker is governed solely by your agreement with that broker. You must read and understand their risk disclosures and terms of use.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendbot, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, trading losses, opportunity cost, or loss of data; or losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform, broker, exchange, connectivity, or data feed issues.
8.2 In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total subscription and Coin fees actually paid by you to us in the preceding three (3) months.
8.3 You acknowledge that all trading is done entirely at your own risk, and that we are not responsible for any trading losses whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trendbot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or any dispute between you and your broker, exchange, or any third party.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and your trading activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including SEBI, NSE, BSE). If you use the Platform to deploy algorithms that require approval under SEBI/NSE algo rules, you are responsible for obtaining such approvals.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Subscription and Coin fees already paid are non‑refundable, except where required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform.
